Here’s what you can do to ensure that your refund will be processed successfully to your ShopeePay account:

1. Ensure your ShopeePay is activated

Your refund can only be processed to an activated ShopeePay account.  Your refund will be credited within 24 - 48 hours (for regular refunds) or 5 -7 business days (for partial refunds) to your ShopeePay wallet upon receiving a notification for approval.

2. Check your ShopeePay balance and monthly wallet limit

If your ShopeePay is already activated but the approved refund exceeds the monthly inflow and wallet limit, the refund will only be released once: 

• You increase your limit by verifying your ShopeePay account.

• You wait for the monthly inflow limit to refresh on the next calendar month.

• You reduce your current ShopeePay balance through Shopee purchases or withdrawals.

For Non-activated ShopeePay Accounts:

• The refund will be on hold until you can activate your ShopeePay account. Kindly activate your ShopeePay account immediately.

• If you can activate your ShopeePay within 3 days, the refund will be credited within 24-48 hours after receiving the refund notification.

• However, if you were only able to activate your ShopeePay after 3 days upon receiving the refund notification, the refund will be credited to your Shopee registered bank account instead. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 2-3 business days (depending on the bank).
